Hello my love:)

Here's my idea of my new Scape Abyss.

Two words about this: quickly and spontaneously

About history.
In recent days, I was back increasingly on the Internet and saw again seen such beautiful Scapes. Because it has given me so itchy finger, that I absolutely must re-create a new Scape.
Said and done. Property me yesterday snapped a box and dumped my root box and a little experimenting. Look here...

I realized I never got around to sharing my 90p before breaking it down. So here is the one photo I have at the moment. I will try and add some more later. It was a bit overgrown in this shot since I was preparing to sell off all the plants.

i found these stones on my way home. after a week i went back to the place again and gave the stones a closer look. it took me another 3 weeks to finally decide to bring these stones home as i have a vacant 17gallons tank.

first, i laid the stones on my lawn garden and see how i will arrange inside my glass tank.

note:since this is a done scape, please allow me to post it in Aquascaping Showcase;)

Try adding a creatine supplement to your diet that will help your Muscle Building efforts. Creatine makes you are more energetic and assists you gain muscle tissue. For plenty of years, this has been used a lot as amongst the leading supplements when people weight get trained. Creatine should be avoided by those which have been still growing, like teenagers or younger children. Creatine should only be studied by people today.

Tvolve Always use the proper form when lifting weights to strengthen your biceps. This is vital, for the simple fact that you can cause an injury in the arm. Lifting correctly requires you to extend the wrists in a backwards angle and hold. Slowly release your wrist into a normal position. That assists you in properly building bicep muscles.
